The present invention relates to a transparent display device and, more particularly, to a transparent display device which implements a transmission mode and a non-transmission mode. The feature of the present invention is to form a light conversion film with a black particle of a size of 220 to 280nm which is located on the rear side of a display panel of the transparent display device and functions as an optical shutter to reflect or transmit the light through the movement of the black particle. For this, the reliability and the driving stability thereof are improved without the reduction of a shielding rate of the light conversion film by easily controlling the black particle by preventing the agglutination of the black particle.
