<p>The present invention relates to a method for preparing porridge using black mushroom. More specifically, the present invention relates to the method for preparing convenient porridge minimizing a nutrient loss of black mushroom using a puffing method. According to the present invention, the method for preparing porridge using black mushroom comprises the steps of: applying salt to rice and the dried black mushroom with salt water; drying mixed ingredients; and crushing the ingredients after puffing the dried ingredients.</p>
