PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film laminate in which good adhesion can be obtained even if laminating a heat seal resin by extrusion lamination on a biaxially oriented film, and which can be manufactured also by an in-line method, and further, is excellent also in environmental compatibility.SOLUTION: The film laminate for extrusion lamination is characterized in that: a resin layer including an acid-modified polyolefin resin (A); a polyurethane resin (B); and an acetylene glycol-based surfactant (C) is formed on at least one surface of a biaxially oriented film, a mass ratio (A)/(B) of (A) to (B) is 60/40-97/3, and (C) is 1-30 parts by mass based on 100 parts by mass of a total of (A) and (B). |
