<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously provide pixel signals for image display and pixel signals for focus detection in a pixel signal read operation of one frame of pixels including a pair of photoelectric conversion parts. <P>SOLUTION: An imaging device includes control means for controlling first processing in which a first transfer switch transfers electric charges stored by a first photoelectric conversion part to a charge holding part, a signal output part outputs first signals based on electric signals corresponding to a first charge amount held by the charge holding part, a second transfer switch transfers electric charges stored by a second photoelectric conversion part to the charge holding part holding the first charge amount, and the signal output part outputs second signals based on the electric signals corresponding to a third charge amount equal to an addition value of the second charge amount corresponding to the electric charges stored by the second photoelectric conversion part and the first charge amount. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
