The method involves using a padding material (9) directly for producing a positive or non-positive connection with a sliding layer (7) and a carrier material (12). A plastic material, particularly based on multi- component polyurethane materials is used as padding material. The sliding layer is formed of graphite, paper or a fabric tape. The sliding layer is applied directly on the padding material. A production mold is used for producing the padding material. The production mold is provided with a Teflon coating. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) a device for use in contact shoe coating producing method; and (2) a contact shoe coating with a hook. |
