The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition with improved stability containing palonosetron, a manufacturing method thereof, and a pharmaceutical package including the pharmaceutical composition. The pharmaceutical composition contains, as an active ingredient, palonosetron and one or more selected from the group consisting of pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof in 0.01 to 0.5 mg/ml concentration, does not contain a chelating agent, and maintains a total content of a heavy metal equal to or less than 50 ppm during a storage period.
