The present invention relates to a hot press forming plated steel sheet comprising: a base steel sheet; and a complex plated layer which is formed on at least one face of the base steel sheet and in which a Mn-plated layer and an Al-plated layer are alternately formed and an Al-plated layer is formed on the top layer, wherein an entire thickness of the complex plated layer is 5 to 30μm and the thickness ratio of the Mn-plated layer is 5 to 60%, a hot press forming member, and a manufacturing method thereof.
