A structure to assemble an actuator of an air conditioning device is a device to assemble an actuator having a coupling hole to an air conditioning device comprising: a plurality of coupling members made of a material capable of elastic deformation and restoring. The coupling members form a coupling unit mounted on the coupling hole, and a front end unit of which a width is greater than that of the coupling unit. The front end unit of the coupling members is formed to be greater than a width of the coupling hole when an external force is not applied, and is formed to be smaller than a width of the coupling hole when an external force is applied; thereby passing through the coupling hole.
