The present invention relates to a block connector for a septic tank and a water treatment facility, and a prefabrication type block using the same. According to the present invention, the connector to connect the blocks comprises: a main body having a flow passage inside; an inlet part having an inlet on one longitudinal end of the main body to be connected to the flow passage; a discharge part having an outlet on the other longitudinal end in an opposite side of the inlet to be connected to the flow passage; and an engaging part provided on the outer end of the main body where the inlet is formed to prevent an escape of the main body joined to a block.
