A cell chip of the present invention comprises: a first substrate and a second substrate; a first material layer and a second material layer formed on the facing surfaces of the first substrate and the second substrate, respectively; and an intermediate layer comprising a cell formed between the first material layer and the second material layer. The present invention is capable of dispersing a plurality of cells in the planar direction, thus easily counts the cells and measures the size thereof.
