<p>Disclosed is a laser welding method capable of reducing a generation of a pin hole, and obtaining a quality of an appearance and a welding strength of a welded part. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the laser welding method to lap-weld two steel plates with laser comprises: a main pattern welding step of welding an upper steel plate and a lower steel plate by irradiating a laser beam of a focal section to a welded part of the overlapped upper and lower steel plates along a predetermined main pattern to form a molten pool between the upper steel plate and the lower steel plate; a fine pattern welding step of making the molten pool wider by irradiating the laser beam of the focal section along a fine pattern from an end of the main pattern of the main pattern welding step at high speeds to melt a periphery of the end of the main pattern; and a conduction welding step of finishing welding by stabilizing the molten pool formed with the fine pattern by converting to a laser beam of a non-focal section from a center of the fine pattern of the fine pattern welding step at high speeds to stabilize the molten pool formed as the fine pattern.</p>
