PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photochromic composition functioning as an adhesive layer for bonding optical sheets made from a polycarbonate resin or the like, and which gives a laminate exhibiting excellent tight adhesion, heat resistance and photochromic properties.SOLUTION: This photochromic composition is, for example, a composition which comprises a photochromic compound (component B) and a polyurethane-urea resin (component A) obtained by reacting a polyol compound (component A1), a polyisocyanate compound (component A2) having two or more isocyanate groups in the molecule, and an amine compound (component A3) such as diamine having two or more groups reactive with the isocyanate group in the molecule at least one of which is an amino group. |
