PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centrifugal blood pump allowing suppression of thrombus occurrence during high-speed rotation operation.SOLUTION: This centrifugal blood pump 1 includes: a casing 10 having an inlet port 12 into which blood flows and an outlet port 13 from which the blood flows out; and an impeller 20 stored inside the casing 10. The impeller 20 is rotatably fixed inside the casing 10 by an upper bearing member 24 and a lower bearing member 16, the central axis 12c of the inlet port 12 is inclined to the rotational axis 20r of the impeller 20, and a bearing face 24s of the upper bearing member 24 is disposed inside a flow region Br of a blood flow from the inlet port 12. |
