<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quickly operating three-dimensional shape measuring device that obtains pieces of hue data of different hues by single measurement, and has a high spatial-resolution function. <P>SOLUTION: The three-dimensional shape measuring device includes an irradiation device 20 for projecting pattern light having a continuously changing hue to a measurement object 40, a pair of color imaging means 30 for imaging reflection light from the measurement object 40, and calculation means that performs matching by dynamic programming and stereo correspondence on the hue data of a pair of imaged images obtained by the pair of color imaging means 30, and calculates information on three-dimensional shape by using a triangulation method. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
