<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin foam molding having an excellent heat-insulating property and cushioning property with a reduced weight, and a method of manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin foam molding includes surface and reverse foam layers 2a, 2b provided respectively on the inner surfaces of surface and reverse skin layers 1a, 1b, and a core layer 3 provided between the surface and reverse foam layers 2a, 2b. The core layer 3 includes: numerous short fiber-like resin bodies 3a both the upper and lower end of which are continued to the opposed surfaces of the surface and reverse foam layers; and a void 3b formed each between the adjacent short fiber-like resin bodies. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
