<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute to enable to transfer organisms living in a high hydraulic pressure region such as deep-sea organisms from a small-scale pressure vessel at the time of collection to another pressure vessel or a large-scale pressure water tank with keeping a state nearly equal to the environment at the time of collection without giving no large change in the hydraulic pressure and the like. <P>SOLUTION: A first pressure vessel 1 is constituted to be openable by installing the first pressure vessel 1 on the upper side or the lateral side of a second pressure vessel or a large-scale pressure water tank 2, installing a through passage 3 with bringing the same to communicate between the first pressure vessel 1 and the second pressure vessel or the pressure water tank 2, keeping the inner space of the through passage 3 to be watertightly closed and adjusting the inner hydraulic pressure of the through passage 3 to be equal to that of the first pressure vessel 1 with poring water fed from water supply equipment 8, as well as opening an opening-closing valve 5 toward the inside of the vessel with the inner pressure of the through passage 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
