<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger that can be installed in a desired place without any limitation on installation places even when used as an evaporator. <P>SOLUTION: An outside-compartment heat exchanger 22 includes: a refrigerant passage tube 221 formed into a flat shape where a plurality of refrigerant passages 2211 are arranged side by side and extending in a meandering manner; and a plurality of corrugated fins 224 which are thermally connected between an upstream part and a downstream part in the refrigerant passage tube 221 and are configured to promote heat exchange between a refrigerant passing through the refrigerant passage tube 221 and fluids passing through its own surroundings. The heat exchanger further includes: a second corrugated fin 225 thermally connected to the part 2213 to be the lowest order of the refrigerant passage tube 221 and disposed to project downward from the part 2213; and a drain tray 226 thermally connected to the second corrugated fin 225 and configured to store drain water dropped from the refrigerant passage tube 221 and the corrugated fins 224 and 225. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
