<p>The purpose of this invention is to provide a casting device for a columnar ingot and a manufacture method via use of the casting device capable of inhibiting shrinkage hole and improving separation performance of separating from the middle tank after casting. The casting device for the columnar ingot comprises a plurality of columnar moulds and the middle tank, the middle tank is provided with a plurality of pouring mouths at the bottom corresponding to the moulds, the bottom can be in a contact with and separation from heat insulation frames disposed at the upper part of the moulds, the heat insulation frames of the moulds are independently disposed relative to each mould, and are respectively provided with: a heat insulation cylinder in a connection with the mould main body; a heat insulation cover part provided with an opening hole communication part guiding molten metal from the pouring mouths to the mould, and formed to be in the shape that the opening hole communication part is in a peripheral suspension relative to the heat insulation cylinder.</p> |
