Method to evaluate the quality of cork correlated to conditioning phenomena of an organoleptic nature, such as the pollution with 2,4,6-trichloroanisole, comprising: the infrared spectroscopic analysis of at least one product (11) made of cork, to detect a characteristic spectrum of the cork; the processing of the characteristic spectrum to evaluate at least one conditioning parameter of the quality of the cork; the selection of the product (11) as a function of the conditioning parameter, to identify whether it belongs to a determinate quality category. |
