A wiper apparatus comprises a plurality of wiper rolls, a plurality of bearing assemblies, a wiper body unit, double-acting devices, and a double-acting shaft. The wiper rolls are closely arranged in an upper and a lower portion of a rolling plate to remove rolling oil of a surface of the rolling plate. The bearing assemblies comprise: a plurality of bearings which are in contact with the wiper rolls; at least one bearing block wherein the bearings are rotationally installed; and a bearing frame wherein the bearing block is elastically fixated, and elastically supports the wiper rolls. The wiper body unit may comprise: a fixing frame supporting the wiper rolls in both sides; and a guide rail wherein the bearing assemblies are slid to be moved. The double-acting devices enable the bearing assemblies to perform reciprocating motion and may be installed in an outer side surface of the fixing frame. The double-acting shaft connects each double-acting device and the bearing frame. |
