The present invention relates to a divider which is placed inside an accepting device to be slid and rotated to allow various space division by the operation of a user in order to improve the ease of use and a refrigerator having the same. To achieve this, the divider includes: a basket to make a storage space when opened by the top; a slot extended on both sides of the basket in a lateral direction; a partition member to partition off the inside of the basket, wherein both ends of the partition member are fixated to the slot to be slid; and a connection member fixated to an end of the partition member in the outer side of the basket through the slot to support the partition member to be rotated.
