In the present invention, provided is a device for deoxidizing chloride, which is allowed to produce metal sponges in a deoxidizing tank, comprising a deoxidizing tank which stores magnesium and accordingly makes the same react with chloride; and a rooster which is installed in the lower part of the deoxidizing tank and separates metal sponges of products from the deoxidizing reaction and magnesium chloride of byproducts of the reaction wherein the rooster sections the deoxidizing tank in a gravity direction and has a base plate with a through hole formed in the gravity direction, and a partition which is crossed with one surface of the base plate and is accordingly formed.
