PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of times of user operation to easily perform a user's desired function.SOLUTION: A video monitoring device 10 comprises: user input means 15 which inputs a signal based on a user operation; operation history accumulation means 16 which records the user operation from the user input means 15 to an operation history database 17; user operation customization means 18 which associates a combination of the user operations, which are read from the operation history database 17 based on an instruction of control means 20, with a customized button of a user interface, and registers it to a button functional database 19; and video display means 22 which synthesizes a drawing instruction from drawing means 21 with video data outputted from decode means 14 to output the synthesized data to a video display device 5. |
