<p>The invention provides a refrigerator, which uses an inner case jointed with a separator plate when vacuum is formed, and is capable of preventing the heat-insulating performance of a heat-insulating case from worsening, and preventing producing cost from increasing, and preventing the vacuum heat-insulating materials from being damaged. The refrigerator (90) comprises a heat-insulating case (10) and a separator plate (4). The heat-insulating case (10) includes an inner case (2) and an outer case (1). The vacuum heat-insulating materials (60) and foaming vacuum heat-insulating materials (3) are filled in a space between the inner case and the outer case. The internal space of the heat-insulating case (10), being the inner peripheral side of the inner case (2) is divided into a plurality of storing chambers by the separator plate (4). The outer periphery of the separator plate (4), opposite to the inner case (2) is provided with flanges (44) protruding towards the outer side along the inner case (2) and a recess (70) which recesses towards one side, being away from the inner case (2).
