<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a foamed laminated sheet that can suppress discoloration of a paper-base material by heating and foaming processing while adjusting melt tension by resin-crosslinking a resin layer containing a foaming agent with electron beam irradiation. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing foamed laminated sheet including the following (1) to (4) steps in this order: (1) a forming step in which a resin layer containing a foaming agent or a laminate having a resin layer containing the foaming agent is formed; (2) an irradiating step in which electron rays are applied to the resin layer containing the foaming agent or the laminate having the resin layer containing the foaming agent; (3) a laminating step in which the paper-base material is laminated to the resin layer containing the foaming agent or the laminate having the resin layer containing the foaming agent; and (4) a heating and foaming step in which the resin layer containing the foaming agent is heated and foamed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
