<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cermet in which the coating work of a metallic layer is not needed separately and which has excellent joining strength with metal. <P>SOLUTION: The cermet 1 has a hard phase 20 mainly composed of Ti and a metal bonding phase 21 including Ni and Co. Furthermore, the cermet has a base 2 formed by bonding the hard phase 20 to a metallic bonding phase 21i and a metallic layer 3 constituted of the metallic bonding phase 21c being a part of the metallic bonding phase 21i on the surface of the base 2. In the metallic layer 3, a content of Ni is larger than that of Co. In the metallic bonding phase 21i at the center in the thickness direction of the base 2, a content of Co is larger than that of Ni. Accordingly, the cermet in which the coating work of the metallic layer is not needed separately and which has the excellent joining strength with the metal can be obtained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
