<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder quantitative delivery device which can perform quantitative delivery without becoming a mass from a hopper even when being powder having high cohesiveness, and to provide a powder foreign matter inspection device using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The powder quantitative delivery device includes: a hopper 11 having an opening for storing powder and delivering the powder in belt-shaped; a powder quantitative delivery mechanism 13 having a delivering roller 12 connecting to the opening for delivering of the hopper 11 and an outer periphery face freely arranged opposite to the longitudinal direction of the opening for delivering becomes a rough face in which powder having high cohesiveness can be delivered; and a roller driving mechanism 14 rotating and driving the delivering roller 12 in the constant direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
