The audience-customized sound system for mass public facilities such as a cathedral, church, and auditorium comprises: a stereo set (10) installed on each of a number of audience chairs (100A-100N) with four stereos of a first stereo, a second stereo, a third stereo, and a fourth stereo (10-1, 10-2, 10-3, 10-4) to which a unique identification number is given for the four people sitting in each audience chair (100A) to respectively listen to the voice of the preacher; and a controller (30) for, when the stereo set (10) is installed for each of the chairs from the first audience chair (100A) to the last audience chair (100N), giving a continued unique identification number to the first, second, third, and fourth stereos (10-1, 10-2, 10-3, 10-4) of the last audience chair (100N) to be distinguished from the unique identification number given to be different consecutively from the first, second, third, and fourth stereos (10-1, 10-2, 10-3, 10-4) of the first audience chair (100A). The present invention can convey a preach clearly without an echo following a sound reflection in an indoor space (200) and settle those issues such as a need for installing a sound-absorbing plate for removing sound reflection, an increased cost according to remodeling of interior, and a limitation in using the space.
