The plinth block (1) according to the present invention has a box-like form of rectangular plan with open upper wall and one vertical wall (13) projecting over the other walls (15) to form the surface of the plinth on the external wall (2) and/or on the building continuous footing strip (3), whereby the plinth block (1) interior (14) is intended for filling with bulk aggregate (5). Lateral walls (15) that are perpendicular to building external wall (2) are performed in their upper portion in the form of a reversed trapezoid and the interior (14) bottom (16) is inclined to the outer edge of the plinth black (1), where at least one drainage opening (17) is performed. The high vertical wall (13) is preferably provided at its ends with vertical distance strips (18) for creation of another air cavity (8) extending between the plinth block (1) and the external wall (2) and/or building continuous footing strip (3).
