A thin film transistor display panel, comprising: a plurality of pixels arranged in a matrix format, the plurality of pixels including thin film transistors, respectively; a plurality of first signal lines connected with the pixels; a plurality of second signal lines connected with the pixels, the plurality of second signal lines crossing the first signal lines in an insulated manner, and at least one of the second signal lines including a cut portion; and an organic repairing member that overlaps the at least one of the second signal lines at both sides of the cut portion, the organic repairing member having a cut region coextensive with and in a same shape as the cut portion of the at least one of the second signal lines, wherein the organic repairing member is a photo-curable organic material that is one of glycidyl methacrylate, glycol methacrylate, 2-hydroxy-3-phenoxypropylacrylate, and 2-methyl-2-propenoic acid phosphinicobis-(oxy-2,1-ethanediyl)ester.
