The present invention relates to a load dispatching phone call system for a multilateral call between a central load dispatching office and each region load dispatching offices, and a multilateral call method and, more specifically, to a load dispatching phone call system for a multilateral call capable of reducing a communications band and solving the complexity and high performance of equipment by allowing a limited channel to participate a call, thereby constructing the equipment with economic costs and guaranteeing call quality of an existing method, and to a multilateral call method.
