The present invention relates to an optical composite gas measuring sensor and an optical composite gas measuring method, wherein the optical composite gas measuring sensor comprises: a chamber provided to supply a gas; a light source provided to irradiate light towards the inside of the chamber; a reflecting unit installed in the chamber to reflect light irradiated from the light source; a driving unit for rotating the reflecting unit; and a plurality of detectors installed at predetermined intervals along a circumference in the chamber and detecting a gas from light reflected and received from the reflecting unit.
