The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for monitoring a situation of an offshore construction and remote-controlling offshore-platform equipment from the land. The offshore construction monitoring and remote-controlling apparatus comprises: a sensor unit which measures a state of the offshore construction; an RFID tag which is connected to the sensor unit and transmits the state information measured by the sensor unit to an RFID reader; the RFID reader which receives the state information from the RFID tag and transmits the state information to a central processing unit; and the central processing unit which receives the state information from the RFID reader and transmits the state information to a land-based control center through a wireless transmission and reception unit.
