The cycloid reductor unit will find an application in robotics and general machine building. The reductor unit consists of a driving shaft (1), on which pivots an eccentric body with a square cross-section (3), to which is immovably mounted a wheel with internal teeth (4), meshed with a wheel (5). The two parallel sides of the body (3) are in a running fit with two plates (6), which in turn are in a running fit with two perpendicular to them secondary plates (7) immovably connected to the body (2). The wheel (5) is connected immovably to the output shaft (8), which pivots in the body (2). As a result of the separation of the plane motion and the rotation around the axis of the output shaft (8) and the lack of a stationary wheel, the number of parts, the dimensions of the reductor unit, and the looseness are reduced, and the load-bearing capacity is increased. |
