<p>The present invention relates to a guide roller capable of checking for wear and notifying a replacement time of a semiconductor conveyor line and, more specifically, to a guide roller capable of checking for wear and notifying a replacement time of a semiconductor conveyor line, a wear state of which is checked with the naked eye in a conveyor device conveying a glass substrate in a semiconductor conveyor line used in a liquid display device or the like, a replacement time is notified to prevent a defect from occurring, it is possible to drastically reduce costs of consumables by simply replacing only a peak roller of the guide roller. The guide roller which guides movement of a glass substrate (15) on both sides of a shaft installation base (11) provided with a conveyor shaft (12) connected to a conveyor roller (13), and is installed on a roller connection shaft (32) through a guide base (40) provided with a roller position hole (41), comprises: a roller installation member (26) which installs a bear ring (30) through which the roller connection shaft (32) passes in an inner diameter, fixes it in an O-ring grove (29) by an O-ring (32), and installs a screw fixing hole (27) on the upside; and a peak roller (21) which forms an installation space (23) coupled to an outer diameter of the roller installation member (26), integrally forms a chromatic peak (24), and is coupled to the screw fixing hole (27) in an upper screw hole (22) by a fixing screw (33), to guide a replacement time.</p> |
