The present invention relates to an erroneous detecting device of an electronic apparatus and, more particularly, to an erroneous voltage detecting device and method, in which in erroneous detection of an electronic apparatus, a threshold value of a reference voltage that is reference to erroneous voltage detection with respect to external power is set to be optimized for each electronic apparatus by reflecting current transfer ratio (CTR) characteristics of a photocoupler mounted for each electronic apparatus, thereby more accurately detecting an erroneous voltage with respect to the external power. The erroneous voltage detecting device a reference voltage input unit that receives a reference voltage set to detect an erroneous voltage; an inclination measuring unit that measures an inclination value of a voltage waveform using the voltage waveform of the reference voltage; a pulse conversion unit that converts the inclination value measured by the inclination measuring unit into a first pulse width corresponding thereto, and stores the first pulse width as information about the pulse width of the reference voltage; a power input unit that receives an operation voltage from an external power source; and a voltage detecting unit that compares, when the operation voltage is input, a magnitude of a second pulse width corresponding to the operation voltage with a magnitude of the first pulse width, and determines the operation voltage as a first voltage or a second voltage. |
