<p>The present invention relates to an apparatus (1) for generating dry ice snow (T) comprising: a rotor (10) mounted on a housing (20) to be rotated in a circumference of a rotary shaft (R), and including at least one expansion chamber (13) on the circumference of the rotor (10); a supply line to introduce liquid carbon dioxide inside at least one expansion chamber (13); an inflow opening (21) of a housing (20) to introduce vapor mass flow (D), in particular, compressed air inside at least one expansion chamber (13); and an outflow opening (22) of the housing (20) to distribute dry ice snow (T) generated in an individual expansion chamber (13) from the housing (20). The present invention has an effect of carrying the vapor mass flow (D) wherein at least sections of at least one expansion chamber (13) are introduced through the inflow opening (21) along a rotary shaft (R) by providing that the inflow opening (21) and the outflow opening (22) are arranged to connect the inflow opening (21) and the outflow opening (22) with at least one expansion chamber (13) at the same time in view of the flow as the rotor (10) is rotated around the rotary shaft (R).</p> |
