The present invention relates to an energy saving type apparatus for turning food waste into resources, which re-uses high-temperature discharge gas generated in a processing of turning food waste into resources and accordingly saves energy, while actively handling changing the amount of food waste by dividing the apparatus into a main body module and a part module, thereby having offensive smell hardly affect surrounding environments by maximizing the capacity to remove the offensive smell. To achieve this, the apparatus of the present invention comprises: at least one main body module which food waste is injected into, and the food waste is fermented and dried therein; and at least one part module which removes moisture and dust of discharge air from the main body module and reduces offensive smell wherein the main body module has a pre-drying tool which is used for pre-drying the food waste in a processing of injecting the food waste. |
