摘要 The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of rice-soybean paste, comprising the steps of steaming koji of soybean with steamed rice or rice powders; washing the same; decreasing pH of the steamed koji of soybean; inoculating mold starter to the same and fermenting the same; and mixing the same, when brewing the same, and adding yeast, vitamin B2 or turmeric, thereby increasing chromaticity where the manufacturing method is technology to improve chromaticity and appearance by adding yeast, vitamin B2 or turmeric when inhibiting abnormal fermentation and aging the soybean through the pH of koji.
