According to the invention, the drum comprises a metal jacket () on which some metal blades () are circularly and equidistantly mounted on some supports () by means of some screws (), blades which, for performing the adjustment of a cutting length "a", are provided with some oblong holes (), the side edges of the metal blades () having some cogs () provided for positioning some teeth () of a blocking piece () with a pitch or a number of pitches, said blocking piece () being mounted by means of some screws () on the metal jacket () which is provided with some rolling friction bearings () in order to be mounted onto the framework of a technical equipment.
