The present invention relates to a switching circuit and a high frequency switch including the same. The switching circuit comprises: a switch circuit unit which includes a plurality of switch elements connected in series to each other; a reference voltage unit which is connected between the switch circuit unit and a signal input terminal and provides a preset reference voltage; and a voltage generating unit which distributes, by a preset size, gate resistance provided to the switch circuit unit to generate a second control voltage corresponding to the reference voltage, and provides the second control voltage to each body of the switch elements.
