<p>A treatment or prophylaxis of an Arenavirus infection or disease associated therewith is provided using the compound of Formula I: (see formula I) wherein R1 and R2 are independently hydrogen, alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, cycloalkyl, arylalkyl, aryl, acyl, arylacyl, hydroxy, alkyloxy, alkylthio, amino, alkylamino, acetamido, halogen, cyano or nitro; R3 is hydrogen, acyl, arylacyl or sulfonyl; and Ar1 and Ar2 are independently substituted or unsubstituted aryl or, substituted or unsubstituted heteroaryl.</p> |
