The invention is in the field of processing of wood or other similar materials such as veneer or plywood. On a plywood panel (1), one layer of water ground coat is applied by a roller. The applied ground coat is spread with brushes over the entire surface. Next follows drying of the coating in a drying tunnel at approximately 60 degrees С. After that, a primer is applied by rollers and an ultraviolet lamp is used for drying. Next follows the application of a second layer of primer and hardening of the coating under the same conditions. The lacquered plywood panel is laminated in a package with additional veneer sheets to obtain a bulk multi-layer plywood detail (5). The so obtained multi-layer plywood detail (5) is bent on a molding press by pressing and tempering until the desired shape of the detail (5) is obtained. After the pressing, the detail (5) is cut along all edges and the edges are treated (6, 7, 8 and 9) by grinding and lacquering. |
