The present invention relates to an austenitic galvanized steel sheet used as a material of a medium to store hydrogen, LNG, etc. and, more specifically, relates to an austenitic galvanized steel sheet having excellent high-temperature formability and a manufacturing method thereof. The austenitic galvanized steel sheet having excellent high-temperature formability comprises: a base steel sheet; a plated layer formed on a base steel sheet, wherein an elongation rate represented by the following equation 1 is 80% or more, and the base steel sheet includes 0.4-0.8 wt% of C, 12-20 wt% of Mn, 1.0-3.0 wt% of Al, 0.01-0.5 wt% of Si, 0.05-1.0 wt% of Cr, 0.01-0.1 wt% of Sn, 0.03 wt% or less of P (excluding 0), 0.03 wt% or less of S (excluding 0), 0.04 wt% or less of N (excluding 0), one or two types of 0.001-0.5 wt% of Nb and 0.001-0.5 wt% of V, and the remainder consisting of Fe and inevitable impurities.
