The liquid crystal display device comprises: a plurality of input bumps formed on edges of one side short axis of a driving integrated circuit; a plurality of output bumps formed on edges of the other side long axis of the driving integrated circuit; and a dummy bump formed at the center between the input bump and the output bump.
