The present invention relates to an LED chip with a hybrid sensor in a nitride light emitting diode (LED) structure. A chip structure including the hybrid sensor can be used as a lamp and an LED light emitting sensor for monitoring environmental pollution at the same time. Also, it can be used for various environmental sensors according to a kind of electrode material.
