<p>The present invention relates to an electrical insulating sheet, a fabrication method thereof, and an electrical test apparatus. According to the present invention, the electrical insulating sheet wherein the electrical insulating sheet is arranged on an upper side of a socket for electrical connection, comprises: an elastic sheet having a plurality of concave parts and convex parts thereon, which is arranged on an upper side of a socket and is composed of an insulating elastic material; an adhesion member having an adhesive property, which is arranged on the upper side of the elastic sheet and covers the concave parts and the convex parts; and a sheet member arranged on the upper side of the adhesion member, which is composed of insulating and elastic material and is attached on the upper side of the elastic sheet by the adhesion member.</p> |
