The present invention belongs to the field of retorting apparatus used in the field of oil shale processing, in particular the invention relates to the end sealing assembly of the rotary kiln. The end sealing assembly (16) of the rotary kiln comprises a flange (12) attached onto the outside of the end of the rotary kiln's rotating drum (15) and onto which a casing ring (1) that rotates with the drum is attached; a flange (10) attached to the outside end of the fixed input/output unit (17) of the rotary kiln and onto which the first fixed casing ring (2) and by fixing devices the second fixed casing ring (3) are attached, whereas the fixing devices include a spring (6), a fixing bolt (7) and a fixed flange (5) onto which the second casing ring (3) is attached. The first and second fixed casing rings (2, 3) are made out of at least four segments coupled together whereas the first (2) and second (3) fixed casing rings are arranged at end sides of the rotating casing ring (1), whereas hollows (81, 91) for lubricant are arranged onto both sides of the rotating casing ring (1), and hollows (82, 93) for lubricant with a trapezoidal cut are formed onto the side of each of the first and second fixed casing rings (2, 3) contacting the corresponding end side of the rotating casing ring (1), whereas a lubricant channel (8) is made out of the hollows (81, 82) between the rotating casing ring (1) and the first fixed casing ring (2), and a lubricant channel (9) is made out of the hollows (91, 93) between the rotating casing ring (1) and the second fixed casing ring (3). |
