In the present invention, provided is a composition, in which caffeine with low solubility is mixed with nicotinamide and vanillin, thereby enabling nicotinamide and vanillin to increase solubility of caffeine and preventing eduction while having a high stability wherein the composition including nicotinamide and vanillin can significantly increase solubility of caffeine even though small amount of the composition is used compared with treating nicotinamide and vanillin respectively in the caffeine, thereby having a good effect of removing cellulite and being used in food, cosmetic and medical fields.
