<p>The present relation relates to an apparatus for investigating a sinkhole capable of identifying ground sinking (empty hole or sinkhole) in areas where such ground sinking is expected using a simple apparatus, and preventing damage to structures buried underground during the investigation of a potential ground sinking. The apparatus simply comprises: a casing unit having a hollow part and a gradation display; a perforation unit combined with the casting to be extended to the underground through a pipe; and a damage preventing means formed between the casing unit and the perforation unit, and prevents the perforation unit from passing through one or a plurality of obstacles of which a load is higher than a settled load. The present invention reduces manufacturing costs through this simple configuration; reduces investigational costs with no requirement of professional skills for conducting a sinkhole investigation; immediately provides investigational results from measuring an extension depth at a certain force by directly extending a pipe underground; and prevents damage to structures buried underground in case of contacting an underground structure using a spring having elasticity at lower intensity than the structure buried underground.</p> |
